Customize Your Cuts

We'll provide you with a cut sheet that outlines all available processing options. This allows you to specify exactly how you want your beef processed – from thickness of steaks to special cuts. Our team will guide you through this process and answer any questions you may have.

3

Processing

Your beef will be processed by our trusted local butcher. After processing, you'll receive the "hanging weight" measurement, which typically falls between 275-390 lbs per half, depending on the animal's size. You can expect to receive approximately 65% of the hanging weight in packaged beef.

4

Pickup

About three weeks after processing, your order will be ready for pickup. You'll be notified when your beef is ready, giving you time to prepare freezer space. A whole beef requires approximately 15-20 cubic feet of freezer space, while a half beef needs about 8-10 cubic feet.

What Our Customers Say

"

Finally cooked up some of those steaks last night and I don't think I've ever had a steak so tender it falls apart like a roast. Now mom and dad were asking how often you have a half, they're going to want one too lol.
